A bit about the project
Entire interior walls taken down and floor plan changed to add 2 bathrooms, enlarged master bedroom, bathroom and closet, along with a large butler's pantry with 2nd built in 48" fridge. New drywall, plumbing, electrical & mechanical. 2 new fireplaces added with custom venetian plaster surrounds. All new custom cabinetry with European wide plank hardwood throughout home. Back patio was enlarged to provide more under cover living space and pool was torn out and replaced with brand new pool and spa along with entire landscaping with concrete pavers.
