Complete update on home with interior layout changes to kitchen, great room, master bedroom, bathroom and closets. Converted front 2 bedrooms into attached guest quarters with separate entrance. 2 new fireplaces added with custom tile surrounds. All new custom cabinetry with new large format porcelain tile along with European wide plank hardwood throughout home. Full Control 4 lighting and AV system thru main areas of home. Backyard completely redone with travertine pavers and exterior stone walls, with new turf.
